Asalaus is the stage name for Icelandic musician and artist Ása ÖnnuÓlafsdóttir. Ása is a composer, guitarist, pianist and organist based in Reykjavík, Iceland. Asalaus has published two albums with pieces recorded live in various places in downtown Reykjavík. The first album received a nomination for the Kraumur awards. Ása is also a member of the bands Ateria and Gaffer ensemble.
